Classroom Management Plan
I support a positive and safe school environment at Dana Middle School by building relationships with students and promoting respectful behavior across campus. I also help organize activities, address conflicts, and work with staff to create a supportive climate where all students can succeed.
I work with FutureLink to help create real-world learning opportunities for students by connecting our school with community partners, resources, and experiences. Through this work, I support fundraising efforts, organize events, and help give students access to opportunities that expand their learning beyond the classroom.
This classroom management plan outlines the expectations, routines, and strategies I use to create a positive, structured, and supportive learning environment. It focuses on building strong relationships, promoting respect, and using consistent procedures to help all students feel safe, engaged, and ready to learn.
